Its a carry out only but the food is fabulous as good as Bangkok 96 in Dearborn.Im so happy I found it. Will warn you the spice is on the spicy side. What I mean is im usually a true medium spice. Ive lowered to a mild at this location.
Always consistently perfect. They get the "heat" amount just as you order. Always fresh ingredients.
Tried calling multiple times to place an order and couldn't get an answer. Went inside and placed the order for two beef pad thai mild. One was mild, the other wasn't at all. Besides that, the food is usually good
So good delicious drunken noodles! The man taking our order was very kind
I was really excited to try this place. Overall customer service was good. However my Pad Thai dish that In ordered was not. I am a chef/cook myself and I could tell off rip the shrimp was old and very tough and chewy to say the least. Really didn't see any egg in the dish. I was expecting nice juicy fresh shrimp within the dish only to be disappointed by the presentation of the shrimp throughout the dish. There was also two different size noodles in my dish. Not sure what that was about. I did get a bad stomach ache as well. Hope the honest review helps the restaurant out alot. I really did have high hope for my first experience.
This is my first visit in many years to this establishment (I visited once before). I don’t remember being fond of this place in the past but it was nearly a decade ago so it may have changed hands or chefs. The person taking an order over the phone was delightful and kind. The food was portioned well and was actually delicious! To be honest I am sort of an (American) Thai food snob so when I get a bland, sad, Pad Thai or Pad Thai Curry lacking complexity in flavor I can never go back. On a friend’s recommendation I gave this place a shot. She said that most days the food is 10/10 but some of the time there may be someone else in the kitchen because it can be underwhelming and disappointing—but not today when she ordered for lunch! For dinner I ordered medium spice Pad Thai Curry with fried tofu & one spring roll. Complex, vibrant curry with plenty of sauce (was not dry), some mild-medium sweetness, and I could taste some lemongrass-type fragrant notes in every bite. I am absolutely satisfied with this dish!!! The spring roll was ginormous (the size of a roll of quarters!) and though I am not ever really a fan of what’s inside, this had a satisfying crunch that met my craving for another texture. I did not try the spring roll orange sauce/dip yet so I cannot comment on that. THANK YOU for providing a quality meal at an incredibly reasonable price!!! My day got much better after this food, and I’ll certainly have leftovers for tomorrow. PS here is a photo of the menu since I couldn’t find good images and I didn’t see a website on Google.
i didn't realize that this was a take out only spot, but i honestly like it!! their menu is clear with good prices, and the staff is friendly and straightforward. i just moved over here and got their chicken pho, its literally so good!! well portioned and excellent quality of all the ingredients, and the broth is so light and flavorful - what is pictured in the pink bowl is only half of the takeout box :D
The food is tasty with good flavors and good portions. Everything on the menu is really good. Our favorites includes peanut curry noodle, kow pad gro (Basil Fried rice). This is the second time I am reviewing this place and I don't mind driving 20 minutes to get food from simply Thai.
